Let’s start with the name, MPF and Associates. One very important thing that I have learned over the years is the importance of family. Family is something each of us defines and holds in a special place in our hearts.
MPF represents my father, mother, and myself in name. Associates includes my siblings, their children, and their children’s children. And the amazing people that I have been fortunate enough to also consider family over the years from co-workers, partners, clients, neighbors, and most certainly dear friends. My village is my family. Our villages are our families.
MPF and Associates was founded in spring of 2021 with the intention of focusing exclusively on our core competencies, leveraging our experience, skills and knowledge—we are committed to being very selective about what we do and who we do it with, and expect our clients, partners, and co-workers to do the same.
We are 100% work from home to provide optimal performance, flexibility, balance and to protect our environment.
We believe in our values; honesty, integrity and respect, and live them out in all we do.
